Karen:
ReplyDeleteYou are always so generous with links. Thank you.
I am preparing a story for the Guideposts contest right now. I'm praying for words, sentences and thoughts from the heart of God. The prize is a trip to NY for a week-long writers workshop! Yes!
I agree with Jeanette! You have such great links! Thank you for sharing them!
ReplyDeleteI haven't entered any writing contests this year. But I'm hoping to hit the circuit next year with The Preacher's Bride! :-)
I third that link thing!

Oo, I haven't heard of this one yet! Thanks for sharing. :)
ReplyDelete...One could by a lot of chocolate with that prize. ;)
Alright--contest links! Woo-hoo! I've entered contests. The most important thing I try to remember, whether I score high or low, is that the score reflects the entry not me as a person.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Emily,
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome. And yes, I think there could be a lot of chocolate purchased! :)
Jill,
Great advice! I like that; it's a good thing to remember.

Hi Karen -
ReplyDeleteThanks for the contest link. I'm still waiting to hear from the Genesis and Novel Matters.

I've entered a few contests and the most important take-away I've gotten is that they are subjective but one can always improve from them:)
ReplyDeleteSusan,

Terri,
Great advice. We can always improve our skills and learn from things.
Thanks and blessings to both of you,
