Just yesterday When I think about this subject, I think about Solomon from the Bible. He asked his advisors to bring him something that would prevent him from thinking too low of himself and too high of himself. So they thought about this and brought him a ring. On it was inscribed "This too shall pass." I tend to keep a pretty positive soundtrack going. Negative weakens me and is downright unhealthy. Little that is truly useful comes from negativity. Even when I'm discouraged I try to keep a hopefulness driving me.
